all our products in the UK and as a result have setup a design
department to head this. Initial products available from AEI under
this policy are the DigiSender.com
and DVDsender.com products.
We
will shortly launch our own PC based software for automatically
recording moving CCTV images on your PC, with options of uploading
to your server or e-mailing. To support this, our web site is
being transferred to our very own dedicated Cobalt Raq3 Server.

For
telephone helpline support in the UK we DO NOT charge premium
rates, we use an ordinary land line during office hours and an
'Orange' line for out of hours calls. For export clients we already
offer e-mail and telephone support and will soon launch our new
interactive support site at http://www.support.aeisecurity.com

our distributors sell products which include software, it is our
policy to support end users with free upgrades available for download
from our sites - see in pack for details
